Tower Bridge is one of the most iconic landmarks in London, and a must-see for visitors to the city. Located in the heart of the city, the bridge spans the River Thames and connects the City of London with the London borough of Tower Hamlets.

Constructed between 1886 and 1894, the bridge was designed by Sir Horace Jones and Sir John Wolfe Barry. It is a combination of a bascule and suspension bridge, with two massive towers on either side of the river.
